The creators secret: Why you need a vision to skyrocket your business?

This one thing will open doors for you and create a path for your business or anything that you want.





A phrase I use all the time is future truth. Others call it the secret of manifestation.

It means to live and feel in the present as if your future truth has already become a reality.


This is where I connect the dots of this „hocus-pocus“ and the meaning of building a brand. The classical business goes problem to solution marketing. But a brand builds a dream and feelings.


A great example about how this worked out comes from IBM founder Thomas J. Watson:


IBM is what it is today for three special reasons.


The first reason is that, at the very beginning, I had a very clear picture of what the company would look like when it was finally done.

You might say I had a model in my mind of what it would look like when the dream—my vision—was in place.


The second reason was that once I had that picture, I then asked myself how a company that looked like that would have to act.


I then created a picture of how IBM would act when it was finally done.


The third reason IBM has been so successful was that once I had a picture of how IBM would look when the dream was in place and how such a company would have to act, I then realized that, unless we began to act that way from the very beginning, we would never get there.


In other words, for IBM to become a great company it would have to act like a great company long before it ever became one.


Did you get that last sentence?


You must act like a great company (or a great entrepreneur/intrapreneur) long before you ever become one. To understand it more clearly, this is NOT „fake it until you make it“ although there is a piece of truth in it. You have to become it to make it happen.


And this is what makes some businesses more successful than others that solely exist to make money.



The formular that is found to be the same through all cultures and through exisiting documented time:


Vision of the future event + elevated emotion = desired outcome aka manifestation


The biggest hurdle in this process to overcome is the amount of doubt that you have. This is the element that you will have to eliminate once and for all. You have to become aware of your doubts and switch your thoughts and feelings back to your desired manifestation. The more you do it the easier it becomes and the quicker your manifestations will arrive.

An afterthought on this process on „How to get your people buy into your vision?“


The good part of it is that you don’t even need to onboard ALL of your employees. Current psychology of the masses (Mattias Desmet) explains that you need to onboard only 10-15% of your people to buy in to your vision and mission. The other 70-80% will gladly accept what they are being told. And there are another 10-15% that are probably the opposition which you need to convince.


This approx. 20% percent will be easy to identify as these are obviously the people that ask questions and are looking for additional data before making conclusions. These people don’t follow blindly but will follow IF they come to the same conclusion.


As an actual example of Elon Musk buying Twitter: There are now quite a lot of agitated people working at that company. They are living in fear of change and loosing their jobs. There are probably 10% agitators that drive the opinion of the masses against Elon Musk’s takeover. One of them obviously is their CEO.


In my opinion Elon will have to let go the 10% that are currently working against his interests. And he will have to find the promoters of his new ideas and put them into key positions. The rest will ultimately accept any decision made and will follow the new direction after the dust settled.
